Amal AbdelHalim ElMansi, known to many as Tota Afrota and Sindrella Tda, and fondly referred to as “The Daughter of a Good Man,” is an inspiring figure who embodies the power of perseverance and the pursuit of excellence. At 34, she has carved a unique path of success, driven by her unwavering passion for the English language and her unwavering commitment to making a difference.
Amal’s journey began in Al Mansora, where she spent her early childhood as an expat, immersing herself in various Arab cultures. Her love affair with the English language blossomed in her youth, leading her to spend countless hours listening to American songs, mimicking their melodies, and writing stories fueled by her imagination. Though unsure of her grammatical accuracy, her passion for the language remained a steady flame.
Despite the challenges of growing up in exile, Amal’s father instilled in her a deep sense of determination and self-belief. He championed her independence and encouraged her to strive for excellence, setting her apart from the crowd. This unwavering support from her father became the cornerstone of her future achievements.
Throughout her university years, Amal juggled studies with selling advertisement papers to fund her education. Driven by the desire to learn and grow, she embarked on a journey of self-improvement, enrolling in numerous sub-education courses, including those focusing on autism, sign language, behavior modification, and learning difficulties. Her dedication to helping others, even during her own struggles, shone brightly.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Kindergarten, Amal pursued postgraduate studies, further expanding her knowledge and skills. This thirst for learning led her to Cairo, where she volunteered at Orman orphanages and provided support to a young child battling cancer at Hospital 57357. These experiences solidified her unwavering commitment to using her talents and knowledge to uplift others.
Amal’s career as an English language teacher took root in international schools, where she spent five years nurturing young minds. In a testament to her independence, she chose not to work in the same school as her parents, opting instead to build her own path and take full responsibility for her success. This decision solidified her dedication to forging her own destiny.
Guided by her faith, Amal took another leap of faith in 2015, applying to international schools abroad. Despite the lack of available positions, her passion and dedication impressed the director, who converted an old warehouse into a classroom solely for her. This act of trust and recognition remains a deeply cherished memory for Amal.
Today, Amal finds herself once again an expat, this time in the land of Rome. Armed with her passion for language, her unwavering determination, and her love for her young daughter, she continues to navigate her path towards excellence. From mastering the American accent without formal training to sharing her language skills through her YouTube channel “Al-Mays Bataaat Al-Ayal, Sinderella Tube” and her Facebook page, Amal’s impact continues to reach a global audience.
Amal’s journey is a testament to the power of passion, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. رحلة المعلم المصري: من القاهرة إلى إيطاليا مع سندريلا تداBy: Nawal Elngar.أمل عبد الحليم المنسي، المعروفة لدى الكثيرين بتوتا عفروتا وسندريلا تدا، والتي يشار إليها بعطف باسم “بنت الرجل الصالح”، شخصية ملهمة تجسد قوة المثابرة والسعي وراء التميز. في عمر 34 عامًا، نحتت طريقًا فريدًا من النجاح، مدفوعة بشغفها الثابت للغة الإنجليزية والتزامها الثابت بإحداث فرق.بدأت رحلة أمل في المنصورة حيث قضت طفولتها المبكرة كمغتربة مغتربة في مختلف الثقافات العربية. ازدهرت علاقة حبها مع اللغة الإنجليزية في شبابها، مما دفعها إلى قضاء ساعات لا حصر لها في الاستماع إلى الأغاني الأمريكية، ومحاكاة ألحانها، وكتابة القصص التي وقودها خيالها. على الرغم من عدم واثقة من دقتها النحوية، إلا أن شغفها باللغة ظل شعلة ثابتة.على الرغم من تحديات النمو في المنفى، غرس والد أمل فيها إحساساً عميقاً بالعزيمة والإيمان بالنفس. دافع عن استقلالها وشجعها على السعي نحو التميز، فبعدها عن الحشد. أصبح هذا الدعم الثابت من والدها حجر الزاوية لإنجازاتها المستقبلية.طوال سنواتها الجامعية، قامت أمل بالتلاعب بالدراسات ببيع أوراق الإعلانات لتمويل تعليمها. مدفوعة بالرغبة في التعلم والنمو، شرعت في رحلة تحسين الذات، والتسجيل في العديد من الدورات التعليمية الفرعية، بما في ذلك تلك التي تركز على التوحد، ولغة الإشارة، وتعديل السلوك، وصعوبات التعلم. تألق تفانيها في مساعدة الآخرين، حتى أثناء كفاحها الخاص.بعد تخرُّجها بكالوريوس في رياض الأطفال، تابعت أمل دراساتها العليا، وزادت من توسيع معارفها ومهاراتها. هذا التعطش للتعلم قادها إلى القاهرة حيث تطوعت في دور أيتام أورمان وقدمت الدعم لطفل صغير يكافح السرطان في مستشفى 57357. هذه التجارب عززت التزامها الثابت باستخدام مواهبها ومعارفها للنهوض بالآخرين.تأسست مسيرة أمل كمعلمة لغة إنجليزية في المدارس الدولية، حيث أمضت خمس سنوات في رعاية العقول الصغيرة. في شهادة على استقلالها، اختارت ألا تعمل في نفس المدرسة مثل والديها، واختارت بدلاً من ذلك أن تبني طريقها الخاص وتتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن نجاحها. هذا القرار عزز تفانيها في تزوير مصيرها.استرشادًا بإيمانها، اتخذت أمل قفزة إيمانية أخرى في عام 2015، وقدمت طلبًا إلى المدارس الدولية في الخارج. رغم قلة المناصب المتاحة إلا أن شغفها وتفانيها أبهر المخرج الذي حول مخزن قديم إلى فصل دراسي فقط لها. يبقى هذا الفعل من الثقة والاعتراف ذكرى عميقة لأمال.اليوم أمل تجد نفسها مغتربة مرة أخرى هذه المرة في أرض روما. مسلحة بشغفها باللغة، وتصميمها الثابت، وحبها لابنتها الصغيرة، تواصل السير في طريقها نحو التميز. من إتقان اللهجة الأمريكية دون تدريب رسمي إلى مشاركة مهاراتها اللغوية عبر قناتها على اليوتيوب “الميس بطاعة العيال، سندريلا تيوب” وصفحتها على الفيس بوك، يستمر تأثير أمل في الوصول إلى جمهور عالمي.رحلة أمل شهادة على قوة الشغف والتفاني والسعي الدؤوب للتميز. هي ليست فقط مربية ماهرة بل هي مصدر إلهام لكل من يحلم بالتغلب على التحديات وتحقيق أهدافه بغض النظر عن ظروفهم. قصتها منارة أمل، تذكرنا بأن النجاح ليس محددًا مسبقًا، بل رحلة محفوفة بالمثابرة والإيمان والرغبة العميقة في إحداث تأثير إيجابي على العالم.
